Information we receive
When you email, call, or otherwise contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, requested travel dates, guest count, and the contents of your message. Reservation providers may share information needed to arrange and support your stay, including booking details, payment status, and guest communications. Please do not send payment-card numbers or sensitive identification documents by ordinary email.
Our website hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, referring links, approximate location derived from IP address, and access times to deliver, secure, and understand use of the website.
How information is used and shared
We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange and support reservations, communicate about stays, maintain business records, improve the website and guest experience, protect against misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. We share information as needed with hosting, communications, booking, payment, property-management, and other service providers supporting these purposes. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.
Reservations and other websites
Booking links on this site can take you to Avara Stays or another reservation platform. Information you submit there, including payment details, is handled under that provider’s privacy policy and booking terms. Links to Airbnb, social networks, maps, and other external services are also subject to those services’ policies. Review the relevant policy before submitting personal information.
Cookies and website services
The site is hosted on Wix and uses external resources such as Google Fonts. Your browser communicates technical information to providers when it requests their resources. Wix and any enabled analytics or advertising services may use cookies or similar technologies for site operation, security, measurement, and advertising-related functions. Where a cookie-choice interface is provided, you can use it to manage optional cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser; some features may then work differently.

Owner-only Google Ads connection
This policy also covers the “Tanasi Lodge Google Ads” application used by the property’s operators to manage their own advertising. Website visitors are not asked to connect a Google Ads account. An authorized account operator may connect an account using Google OAuth.
The Google Ads permission allows the application to view, create, edit, and delete Google Ads accounts and data within the authorizing user’s access. The connection is used for requested campaign management and reporting, including account identifiers, campaign and ad settings, budgets, keywords, and performance metrics. It does not provide access to Gmail messages or Google Drive files.
Authorization credentials, including refresh tokens, are used to maintain the authorized connection. Account information and reports may be retained in the business’s authorized tools and records. Access is limited to authorized operators and service providers used to perform the requested advertising work, including automation or AI-assisted tools when authorized by the operator. Google Ads data is not sold or made publicly available through this website, and is not used to train general-purpose AI models.
The application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements. Google account passwords are not requested or stored by the application.
You can revoke the application’s authorization in your Google Account connections settings. Revocation stops future access through that authorization but does not automatically delete previously retained reports or business records. Email us to request deletion of retained application data or credentials.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including reservation support, business records, dispute resolution, security, and legal requirements. The appropriate period depends on the type of information and the reason it is held. We use reasonable safeguards and restrict access to people and providers who need the information for their work. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or to ask about its use. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights, including limits on certain processing. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally required or needed to resolve outstanding matters. To stop promotional emails, use any unsubscribe link provided or contact us; reservation and service communications may still be necessary.
Children and international processing
This website is intended for adults arranging travel, not for children under 13 to submit information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us. Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
Changes and contact
